We used Jalila to sell our last house and to purchase our current home. I've since recommended her to family and friends - and now the rest of the world, through this post! I have worked with Wafa and Jalila on multiple properties for the last 7 years. I cannot even imagine using anybody else. They are incredibly knowledgeable on the market (investment and residential properties), all areas of the city, and most importantly- they listened to what I was looking for. They never pushed me to do anything that I didn't want to do, but knew exactly when there was a good deal for me. On the flip side of that, I have also sold my properties with them and they have always (without fail) put the hard work. They staged them beautifully, ensured that the place was clean/presentable/photographed well, and did the proper marketing to ensure the right buyers were coming through and to get me the most that they could.
